Truthful Marketing & Earnings Claims

Always be accurate. No hype, no shortcuts, no hidden facts.

  • Any discourteous, deceptive, misleading, unethical, or immoral conduct in marketing BE, the opportunity, the plan, or our products/services.

  • Misquoting or omitting material facts about the Compensation Plan.

  • Unauthorized income projections, claims, or guarantees; implying success without substantial effort

  • Discussing the plan or making any earnings/lifestyle statements without providing the BE Earning Disclosure Statement (EDS). Lifestyle statements are treated as earnings claims and must follow the EDS rules.

  • Promoting the BE opportunity in any country where BE has not established a presence.

  • Earnings representations that aren’t truthful, accurate, and fully substantiated, per the DSA Code.

Use of Brand, IP, and Sales Materials

Use BE’s marks and materials exactly as approved. Don’t modify or create your own without approval.

  • Relabeling, repackaging, refilling, or altering any BE product, service, materials, or program.

  • Changing BE-supplied promotional materials or using your own slides/presentations without written approval.

  • Using BE names, marks, product names, or derivatives (including in domains, social handles, or email) without authorization.

  • Advertising products/services below or above BE’s published retail price or offering special enticements beyond company offers. Prior written approval is required for advertising.

  • Creating or using unapproved sales aids, ads, websites, or other literature must be submitted to Compliance for approval before use.

  • Misleading use of the BE brand.

Online & Social Media Conduct

Be transparent, be respectful, and keep posts compliant.

  • False, misleading, or deceptive posts about BE, the income opportunity, products, or Affiliate credentials; posting or linking to content that is sexually explicit, obscene, profane, hateful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, invites unlawful behavior, includes personal attacks, or violates IP rights.

  • Anonymous/alias postings; blog spam/spamdexing; failing to identify yourself as an independent BE Affiliate.

  • Processing sales on social media or showing pricing in posts; use only current, BE-approved assets.

Email Marketing

No spam. Include all required sender and opt-out details.

  • Sending unsolicited mass emails (spam) to promote the BE business, except to people who gave prior permission or have a prior business/personal relationship.

  • Failing to include required disclosures in commercial emails: advertisement/solicitation identification, return path, legal domain, opt-out, sender’s name/email/physical address, date/time; and ceasing after an opt-out request. No third-party domains without permission; no sexually explicit materials.

Sponsoring & Plan Integrity

Respect lines of sponsorship.

  • Cross-sponsoring: enrolling someone who already has an Independent Affiliate Agreement into a different line; using relatives’ names, trade/assumed names, corporate entities, or fictitious IDs to evade the rule.

  • Deviating from the Compensation Plan; combining BE with any other system or requiring behavior that varies from the Plan; requiring or encouraging any purchase or payment to any person as a condition of participating.

  • Presentations in countries where BE isn’t authorized or lacks required approvals.

Bonus Buying & Payment Misuse

No fake signups, phantom accounts, or buying your way to rank.

  • “Bonus Buying,” including: signing up individuals without their knowledge or agreement; fraudulent signups; phantom customers/affiliates; purchasing on behalf of another customer/affiliate or under another ID to qualify; buying excessive amounts that can’t reasonably be used/resold in a month; any artifice to qualify for rank, incentives, prizes, commissions, or bonuses not driven by bona fide end-user purchases.

  • Using another person’s credit card or bank account to enroll or purchase without the account holder’s written permission.

Conduct Toward Others

Zero tolerance for harassment, threats, or disparagement.

  • Harassing, threatening, defamatory, disparaging, intimidating, or abusive conduct toward Affiliates, Customers, BE, or its representatives; disruptive behavior at meetings/events.

Legal Compliance, Identification & Privacy

Follow applicable law, identify yourself properly, and protect private data.

  • Failing to comply with applicable laws and ordinances in operating your BE business.

  • Failing to meet income-tax obligations or provide requested tax filings (penalties, termination, and commission freezes may apply).
